Shipping + Returns
PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
Orders may take up 7 business days to process and produce. This time may increase during sales and holidays. Our products are handmade in Costa Mesa, California.
SHIPPING CARRIER & TIME
Once your order has been processed and produced (see above), orders are shipped via first class USPS, which varies between 3-5 business days. UPS and International Shipping now available, please see shipping options at checkout.
PRIORITY/INSURED SHIPPING
We suggest selecting Priority/Insured Shipping. Little Shop of Oils is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during transit and it is the customers responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged.
RUSH ORDERS
We offer rush orders to accommodate inconvenient occasions, extra rush fee will apply. PLEASE NOTE: Rush orders must be first be approved, email help@littleshopofoils.com before placing your order.
CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of order being placed. To do so, email us at help@littleshopofoils.com.
REDIRECTING ORDERS
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be there to receive the package or it is safe to leave unattended. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact USPS. Make sure you provide accurate shipping details, as customers are held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges of unopened or unused products within 7 days of the item being delivered. We do not refund purchases in which the product isn't to your liking or expectation.
If you're experiencing an issue or receive a damaged item, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos with detailed description so we can determine how to best help you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email as soon as your order is being prepared to ship, tracking information will be provided. Please allow 1-2 days for shipping info to update.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS. If a package has been marked "Delivered" but has not been received by the recipient, it typically shows up within 3-4 days. If it still has been stolen or lost by USPS, please contact us at help@littleshopofoils.com and we will give the necessary information for you to file a claim with USPS. However, we cannot refund products or shipping.
